For the last few weeks I’ve repeatedly been shown that you’re experiencing “technical problems”. I used to have to delete the app and reinstall the app to be able to view shows. For some reason now I’m unable to access any shows through your app. It was nice knowing you when you were more interested in imparting knowledge instead of making a buck.Įdit.
I’m done with National Geographic and also will not renew my subscription to the magazine. Basically I would be paying for advertising for one channel to two separate providers. Unless I purchase the additional streaming service ( even though I already pay for National Geographic through my cable network) I’m unable to watch the shows I would like to watch. I work when my normal shows air on my cable network. ( yet another way to make money off of me) This will no longer be a problem for me because I’m unable to watch the shows I used to stream. I do understand that I could make my own account within the app but I’m tired of app providers selling my info. For some reason it won’t acknowledge my cable provider unless I start from the beginning. Lately I have to delete the app and re add the silly thing. I’ve streamed National Geographic channel for years through my cable network.
